Colin H. Richard, Educator, Storyteller and Sustainable Designer

Studying ecology, facilitation and leadership development through Outdoor Recreation Administration at San Diego State University after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area, Colin is a lifelong lover of nature and people. His interests have included a wide range of topics and activities on land, at sea, and amongst communities. From sustainable food systems, rural and traditional skills and social issues, to international travel and tourism, holistic and resilient natural and social systems inspire his consulting through Colin H. Richard Sustainability Services.

Serving as a sustainability educator, digital content curator, and sustainable designer and strategist, Colin’s clients are empowered to incorporate sustainability into their lifestyles and organizations, as well as tell their story to their constituencies and the world.

With particular interest in agroecology, sustainable tourism, and the benefits of traditional and nature-based arts and recreation, Colin draws from a holistic, integrative worldview that seeks to inspire others to recognize and synergize the meaningful linkages between their passions and projects.
